• Shortlisting universities and courses based on your academic profile.
• Assistance with drafting Statements of Purpose (SOPs) and Letters of Recommendation (LORs).
• Visa application processing and documentation review.
• Immigration pathway planning and point-based system analysis.
• Pre-departure briefings and accommodation assistance.

User Eligibility and Accounts

• Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you may only use our Website under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Payment Terms and Refund Policy

• Consultancy Fees: All fees for our Services are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) or as agreed in the specific Service Agreement. OpenGo Abroad reserves the right to revise its fee structure at any time; however, Clients will be charged the fee quoted at the time of signing the Service Agreement.
• Payment: Payments must be made via the modes specified in the Service Agreement. Late payments may result in delays in service delivery.
• Refund Policy: The refund of consultancy fees is strictly governed by the terms set out in the individual Service Agreement. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in that agreement, all consultancy fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the university or the visa filing has been initiated.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OpenGo Abroad, its partners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

1. Your use or inability to use our Website.
2. Any reliance placed on information provided on our Website or during consultations.
3. Any delay or failure in service delivery caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
4. Any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities.

In any case, the maximum aggregate liability of OpenGo Abroad to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of our Services shall be limited to the total amount of fees actually paid by you to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OpenGo Abroad and its partners, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with:

• Your breach of these Terms.
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

Termination and Suspension

OpenGo Abroad reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to our Website or Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Non-payment of fees as per the Service Agreement.
• Any activity that may harm the reputation of OpenGo Abroad.

Termination does not relieve you of any obligations to pay outstanding fees or indemnify OpenGo Abroad for past breaches.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Force Majeure

OpenGo Abroad shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, governmental restrictions, pandemics, or internet service failures.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on this page.
